Mission

To propose the "National Cultural Agenda" and make endeavours that the same, whether in its original form prepared by the Trust or modified form, is accepted by the concerned Ministries of the Government of India and/or appropriate authorities, whether existing or to be set up, by the Government of India;

To demand and follow up for the constitution of "National Cultural Commission" by the Government of India and "State Cultural (s) Commission" by the respective State Governments;

  • To demand and follow up for the establishment of "National Cultural University" by the University Grants Commission and/or concerned Ministries /Departments, particularly, Ministries of Human Resources Development and Culture of the Government of India, preferably at Varanasi (U.P).
  • To demand and follow up for the declaration of "National Cultural Day" by the appropriate Ministry of the Government of India, preferably on 'Ram Navami' or 'Dussehra' so as not to increase the number of government declared holidays,
  • To demand and follow up for the declaration of "National Cultural Symbol" by the appropriate Ministry Department/Authority of the Government of India,
  • To demand and follow up for the development of "National Cultural Education Programme" by concerned Ministries /Departments, particularly, Ministries of Human Resources Development and Culture of the Government of India as well as by the respective State Government(s) and its inclusion in the Educational Curriculum at all levels namely primary, secondary under-graduate, graduate, post-graduate, doctoral and higher studies.
  • To demand and follow up for the introduction of graduate, post-graduate and doctoral courses in a separate subject "Indian National Culture" in all national and State Universities by the University Grants Commission and/or concerned Ministries /Departments, particularly Ministries of Human Resources Development and Culture of the Government of India as well as by the respective State Government(s).

To demand and follow up for the making arrangements for preservation and promotion of "Indian National Culture" and also for dissemination of information with respect to the same through:

  • Writing and publication of books, journals, magazines, newspapers etc and making and broadcasting media programmes, plays, documentaries, films etc.
  • Starting of separate TV Channel by Doordarshan/Prasar Bharati with exclusive content of Indian National Culture.
  • Starting and promoting various governmental, non-governmental and private Indian National Culture based TV Channels, portals, websites, blogs, social media networks, media tools etc.
  • Organising seminars, workshops, exchange programmes, conferences, interactive discussions, panel discussions, events etc. with respect to Indian National Culture in various Universities and Educational Institutions at all levels and also in all possible forums in all the sections of society all across the universe so as to achieve the widest reach in the Society at large.
  • Establishing State and District Level Units of Bharat Sanskriti Nyas in all States and Union Territories in India.
  • Provide for preservation, promotion, and development of all regional cultures and art forms in India and dissemination of information, in a simple and straight forward way, with respect to the same in all languages spoken and read in India and all across the universe.
  • Start, as soon as possible, research on the historical journey of "Indian National Culture" and publish the research results.
  • Take measures for involving the masses with the campaign of preservation and promotion of "Indian National Culture".
  • Taking measures for creating interest of the Indian Youth in "Indian National Culture" and its preservation and promotion.
  • Eradicates various social evils prevalent in India through the means of preservation and promotion of "Indian National Culture and Heritage" amongst the masses.
  • Make the Indian masses conscious of the concept of "Indian National Culture" and inculcate the feeling of honour and pride with respect to the same.
  • Make the Indian masses conscious of their duties to preserve and promote "Indian National Culture".
  • Strive to make every Indian understand that "Indian National Culture" is the soul of India.
  • Make all endeavours to create global awareness about the great spiritual cultural heritage of India as a nation.
  • Make all endeavours to free the flow of the journey of "Indian National Culture" from all impediments so as to make it an eternal and continuous journey.
  • Felicitate and honour all persons who have excelled in the preservation and promotion of "Indian National Culture" and various Indian art forms
  • Establishing a fund for the purpose of endowing scholarships to deserving persons for Indian National Cultural Education and its preservation and promotion.

To establish, run, support and grant aid or other financial assistance to schools, colleges, libraries, reading rooms, universities, laboratories, research and other institutions of the like nature in India or outside India, for use of the students and the staff and also for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general, particularly with respect to "Indian National Culture",

  • To establish, maintain and run studentships, scholarships and render other kind of aid to students, particularly with respect to "Indian National Culture" including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives to study, without any distinction as to caste, colour, race, creed or sex;
  • To promote, establish, support, maintain or grant aid to cultural institutions for the promotion of Indian National Culture, science, literature, music, drama, fine arts and law for the preservation of historical monuments and for the research and other institutions, in India or outside India, having similar objects for the benefit of the public in general.
  • To establish, develop, maintain and grant aid in cash or in kind to hospitals, medical schools, medical colleges, nursing institutions, dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centres and/or such other similar charitable institutions in India or outside India for the benefit and use of the general public.
  • To establish, maintain or grant aid for the establishment and/or maintenance of parks, gardens, gymnasiums, sports clubs, dharamshalas and rest houses, for use by public in general.
  • To establish, maintain or grant aid to homes for the aged, orphanages or other establishments for the relief and help to the poor, needy and destitute people orphans, widows and aged persons.
  • To establish and develop institutions for the physically handicapped and disabled or mentally retarded persons and to provide them education, food, clothing or other help.
  • To grant aid or render assistance to other public charitable trusts or institutions
  • Take the lead in bringing entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, researchers, specialists, resource persons and other such agencies in a close working relationship for collective development in the field of "Indian National Culture" and/or cultural education facilities;
